Amazing breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms, cozy patio, eco-friendly approach, convenient location.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel is conveniently located in a residential area, just a short walk from the metro station and a nearby park. This makes it easy to access all the main attractions and amenities in the area. there are supermarkets and pharmacies within close proximity, ensuring that you have everything you need during your stay.

The soundproofing in the rooms could be improved, as you are able to hear noise from neighboring rooms.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was great, with everything well-maintained and tidy. The hotel facilities were great, especially the breakfast selection with an amazing fruit bowl. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The location was really good, with the hotel being very close to the metro station, making it easy for us to reach any destination in the city.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, making me feel super comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool area that my kids enjoyed every night. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to all the activities we wanted to explore, including Dollywood. Additionally, being near some really good restaurants made it even more convenient. The staff was extremely helpful in giving us pointers on which way to go, avoiding highway congestion, and they provided a delicious continental breakfast every morning.

The highlight for me was the breakfast with a variety of gluten-free and vegan options. The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

It was quite far from the exhibition fairground, making it a bit inconvenient to travel there. It would have been helpful if there was a shuttle bus or other direct transport option available.
